Well, I'm back from my little break at the seaside - not a complete wash-out, so that was OK.
But I have been thrown straight back into domestic drudgery interspersed with twice-daily visits to the hospital to see my poor old dad...and I'm in need of some escapism! Who recommends Clash of the Titans? I have read some varying reviews, but I would like to hear what you lot, with your critical abilities honed by a year of analysising what at times has been some strange stuff, think!
Not sure about Clash - but I did go and see Alice in Wonderland - and I was underwhelmed... casting was good, and Alice herself was great, but the high-octane screenplay owed more to C.S Lewis than Lewis Carroll... and Tim Burton really needs to get another muse - yawn...
