Creeping Oobleck...may be useful to someone when looking at slime movement!

My life is getting stranger by the minute - I can't believe I could spend the best part of a day looking at and discussing the movement of a slime slug!
Anyway, here's a video I found which may be of use to someone looking at the motion of a viscous liquid... It's just a mixture of cornflour and water that stays liquid until you apply force to it, such as hitting it - then it goes temporarily solid!

And just for fun...

  1. Your initiation is complete, Jackie! :-) Soon, you'll be swapping anecdotes about Jabba the Hut and getting your proverbial knickers in a twist about the multicoloured daleks... it's 'geek-itus' and it's obviously catching...
